Ferries

Køge has seen ferry traffic since 2002, and passenger ferries since 2004. Bornholmstrafikken operates the route between Køge and Bornholm. with two combined goods and passenger ferries.

With almost 84,000 passengers and 600,000 tonnes of goods per year, these ferries account for a significant proportion of the port traffic, and have made a positive contribution to the growth of the harbour.
